Since its inception in 1975, MCE has been providing engineering, specialty equipment manufacturing and technical services to a multitude of commercial and government clients. MCE’s years of project experience ranges from conceptual design and engineering to fabrication, testing and commissioning of equipment and systems, from simple mechanical components to complex nuclear materials handling and processing systems.

MCE has provided ASME NQA-1 engineering and fabrication of systems and components for some of the most prominent projects in the DOE Environmental Management program including the Waste Treatment Plant at Hanford, the DUF6 conversion plants at Paducah and Portsmouth, as well as the WSB facility at the Savannah River Site. MCE’s long-standing experience of design-build and build-to-print projects include delivered products such as skid and testing platforms, autosampling and scrubber systems, utility process racking, transport bogies, complex shielded assemblies and more.

MCE’s experience provides an advantage of being able to routinely integrate design and engineering activities with the ability to manufacture, fabricate, test, install, operate, and maintain the equipment and structures.

MCE’s project experience extends 3 decades. Some of MCE’s project examples have been exhibited above, reserving client details due to confidentiality and non-disclosure covenants.
